I got a replacement seat cover from
Auto Upholstery | Leather Seat Covers | 3rd Row Seats | Home page and followed the very useful step-by-step video they posted on how to replace it. 2-3 hours later and I'm done! I'm very happy with the cover. The only negative is that because the top half is 10 years old, it doesn't match the bottom 100% Pretty darn close though. Give it a bit of break in time and it should look and fit bang on.
If anybody is looking for the best leather cleaner out there, Mothers Reflections is the sh*t! This stuff works amazing and makes the leather feel and smell so good.
Here are the before and after pics. The original seat cover wasn't bad, but I decided it was time to replace it before it got any worse.
If anybody is interested in my old one, I would consider selling it at a very decent price!

(Make me an offer)

It's a bit wrinkled, but after some 'seat' time it should smooth out.
