Excursion Grille Update

Hi everyone,
I'm in the market for an Excursion. Is it possible to change the 7.3 grille to the newer 04/05 versions? see pics...

I want to go from this

yeah just involves some trimming of the newer grille, to fit in with the bumper, unless you bought an 05 bumper

working on it now, well tomorrow LOL, I'll let you know how it works out. Prolly gonna do a write up on it with specific measurements.

I've seen it done b4 on trucks but I wasn't sure about an excursion.

yeah I am. Someone told me today that Ex grilles and truck grilles were different, I did not think so. Anybody?
