HD front bumper

I was wondering if anyone knows who's front bumper has a sideways lightning bolt in the middle. Its right in the middle and looks like it was lazer cut. I have only seen these around texas.

lol they are way overpriced.... you can get a road armor one for like 1200.00.... even thats expensive .... just build your own its cheaper

its not FABFOUR's Its made of Diamond plate I saw another on today on a chevy. I would swear it was a ranch hand but I know better. The FABFOUR is a mountain cutout. The cut out lightning bolt is horizontal and its about 6 inches long.
