Eventually I'm thinking studs and bigger turbo. It has a diablo sport programmer. I really dont know much at all about diesels though so I'm going to have to read a lot first.

Please take off the tuner that one isnt good. Leave it stock as far as tuning goes until you have a bunch of goodies and need custom tuning.

Your truck will prefer stock anyway.

I just hear bad things about diablo and transmissions. I knew someone who blew 2 engines with one too.

I would stick with intake and exhaust for now. You can sell the diablo on ebay for a decent amount I think

 

Damn. Can you paint chrome bumpers?

If you got the resources you can get them blasted down to bare metal.:nod:
People have painted chrome successfully but it isnt worth messing around with since your bumper will take alot of abuse on the paint.

The 42s were balanced so they actually rode really smooth. I got 19k for the white one Today I ordered 08 fenders, a hood, rear bumper, and taillights.

 

Got the frame and everything cleaned up and painted. Looks like this is going to happen faster than expected.

Today I found a good deal on a gill so I ordered that, some mirrors, and I'm picking up a tailgate later today. Just need headlights, front bumper, fender vents, and 3rd brake light. Yesterday I pulled off the front shocks and mounts and ladder bars to start prepping for paint. Anyone know how much the handles and mirrors have to be sanded to come out looking good after paint?

 

you can actually order excursion door handles. I got mine from carpartswholesale.com and paid like 60 bucks shipped for all 4 to the house. that's your best route. truck is going to look really sick when you get it done bud, the last one was BA! wish I'd known you were going to do all this I was in Vero/Melbourne 2 weeks ago and was selling the bed, 08 tailgate, taillights, and rollpan off my truck for 900. Im doing a stepside on mine now.
