Easiest way to change orange lights?

On my driver side my orange lights under my head light are out. What is the easiest way to change the bulbs out? I took a quick look at the light and it didnt seem like its easy to get off, and you cant get to it from the back. Thanks

There should be 2 phillips screws underneath of it. Unscrew them and it will snap out

Yeah I tried that, didnt wanna force anything. Is it gonna pop straight out?

Yep. Just give it a little tug and it'll come right out

the bottom are the screws and the side piece has the snap. its the same snap as the taillights
