Crash Bar and Hanger Kit

I want to remove that bottom piece of trim off of my bumper but the crash bar is behind it. Can I remove the crash bar too? Also would hangers be a good way to add extra lift to the front of my truck? Is there any type of blocks to put on the front springs? I want to run 38x1550s.

bar is ok to remove. fabtech makes a 3 inch hanger kit you could add to yours.
