I did the add-a-leaf from Rough Country. It actually lifted the front end to where it is higher than the rear. I am hoping to get someone to sell me a set of stock F350 blocks for the rear to raise the rear to be level with the front. I got the leveling kit from a local off road shop for much less than the ebay kits. Plus, the kit I purchased actually has a brand name on it. A local shop might give you an even better deal if you let them install 'em.

I did the add-a-leaf from Rough Country 5 years ago, right after they figured out the first track bar bracket was too weak and they upgraded to a beefy one-BIG difference between the two!Leveled the truck right out.
I paid around $280 then, but my front shocks would top out on bumps,so I just measured between mounting points on front called local off road shop and got set matched up for truck and has been that way ever since with no problems I just used the Rancho RSX series, which is popular around my area ,they're used on ambulances a lot .

if you want to retain factory ride then go with the hanger/shackle kit. It you dont mind a little stiffer ride then go with the add a leaf
