05 grille conversion for 2000 superduty

2005 Ford F250, F350 Grille Conversion for 1999-2004 : eBay Motors (item 220563684231 end time Mar-02-10 13:09:06 PST)

Anybody use this kit before? It looks like they just machined down the bottom bar to fit the stock 99-04 bumpers. Looks like a nice job on the grill. Could up put the 05 headlights in also with this grill and have it look right with the 99-04 bumper? Is there any diffrence in the head lights from 99-04 to 05-07?

the headlights mount differently. but i was looking into getting that gril with my setup.

I had originally thought of going w/ the pre-trimmed grille but for that price, I could've bought 5 grilles and cut them up on my own. Granted I don't have a CNC machine, but I've got plenty of tools to do the job. But luckily I found a 07 bumper that was already painted the same color as my truck, for a decent price.

i cant change my bumper since the rh i have isnt compatable with the new style.

Sell the rh and buy a 05 road armor

01 redcrew did you have to do anything special to get the head lights to work? Did you have to modify anything behind the head lights to get them to fit?

yes you have to cut the header panel some to make them fit

some lol...under statement...make one hell of a mess.. again look at the sticky, i put diagrams up there on what to cut for headlight install!
