P-Mirrors Don't move has power leaving switch

Well I am a superduty virgin here guys. Just purchased an 03' f250.
LOVE IT!!!!

Anyways my power mirrors don't move by the switch.
-I removed the switch and opened it up. Bent the little tabs and put back together.
-There is power to the switch
-There is power leaving the switch for the L and R mirrors
BUT THEY DON'T MOVE!
Whats the deal guys?

How can I test if there is power at the mirror?
Does the mirror glass come off?

Yea so I got some time to figure out my mirror issue. The a-hole before me must have had newer mirrors on it and threw the stock ones back on to trade it in. There was only one nut holding them in and when putting the stocl ones in he didn't feel like pulling the door panel off to plug them in...

ridiculous... thanks anyways though guys
