i have a 2001 f250 larait superduty 7.3 l and i am gittin 35"x12.5"x17 nitto mud grapplers i want a 4" in lift

ProComp is a good choice. There are as many answers to the question........ What is best? ................. as there are lifts for sale. It really all comes down to what you want.
