URGENT HELP NEEDED!!! Wheel sizing....

I'm buying my wheels next week and I want to order the right size the first time. What exactly do I need in order not to rub? I have a 6" lift and my current 17x8 helos wrapped with 37x12.50 parnelli jones rub,I'm getting new wheels to fix the problem(and I want black wheels).SPACERS ARE NOT A OPTION.I don't trust them.I want to run 17x9 or 10,nothing else because my tires are new and I just want to swap them on my new wheels.
Here are my questions:
1 what size hub bores will work on my truck?125.5,130.....
2 I know a 4.5" backspacing is prefered but would something like 4.75 or 5 be better or worse?
3 I deff. want a nice lip on my new wheels because my current helos dont have much and I think it looks stupid. How much offset?-10 or more? How much is too much?
4 hubcentric? y/n

I hate to ask all this stuff but I don't know anything about wheel sizing and I can't afford to order the wrong size wheels. Thanks
