new heavy duty bumper for my 2001 ford superduty

So i was looking on ebay for a heavyduty bumper for my 2001 f-250 and i found one i like but its for a 05 to 07 superduty.I would like to get this one means i have the 07 front clip on the truck already.My ? is can i remove the crash bar that my truck has underneath and will the newer style bumper bolt up fine.what do you guys think.

This is on a 99 to 04
