Billet Grille

Anyone done the billet grill where you cut out the old grill I don't like the overlay ones. Is it a pain to do the cutting and do the grills line up well? I hate cutting or drilling stuff on my truck it took me about a month to get the courage to drill the holes for my cab lights. Or does anyone have a grill they want to get rid of? priced them out already installed and it was like $300.

I did a t-rex billet cut out grill in my truck last year, as i didnt like the bolt over grilles either. Wasnt too much of a pain, just had to be patient and drink a couple beers. Alot of test fitting cause i didnt wanna cut too much off the factory grille.

I was happy with it. It fit well, just be patient and text fit so you dont trim to much.
