Exhaust Tip - What's better?

I wanna get a 4"-6" and prob 18" length.
My debate is dual wall vs rolled tip.
Dual wall looks better and doesn't catch soot at the end but more expensive.

yes tips have a lot to do with sound... its like a megaphone... roll up some paper and make a megaphone and tell me it doesnt amplify your voice... same principle for exhaust tips...
