Bigger meat no extra lift

Hello everyone, right now I have a 6.5 inch lift on 38's. I want 40's and 20's, either 41 iroks, or 335/80 xzl's.

I was surfing the net and could not get a clear answer. But with cutouts and the 6.5 lift I should be able to run up to 42's correct? Of course I don't want a tire that big. Just making sure this is doable before I start padding my bank funds.

the amount of lift from what i understand varies depending on 99-04 or 05-07 models... Tank's for example is a 2005

here is an 02 f250 (gasser) on approxamately 6-7" of lift, cutouts and 41x14.50r20 Iroks along with 2" wheel spacers
