how do i get this visor off?

i want the visor gone, and to put just lights on top, but it looks like it has a bracket glued to the cab. how do i get it off?

the last one i took off was glued and bolted to the roof, had to unbolt, then pry the thing off, used a heat gun to get the glue off, then sanded, primed, and painted the roof. it sucked.
