Hand Brushed Accents
I bought an old demolition truck froma local company and it has handbrushed western looking accents on it. Very light paint, but how do i get rid off? It is above the clear coat some is chipping off but dont wanna scracth every little piece with my fingernails...any suggestions... It really kills the look of the truck..

you may be able to buff it off with heavy buffing compound?
