2008 rear bumper on 2003

I want to put a 2008 rear bumper on a 2003 7.3 I have a lead on a tailgate and a back bumper I am wondering if the back bumper will bolt right up I really don't want to do a lot of fabricating I think from what I understand on here that the tailgate will fit no prob. Thanks for the help

It will bolt right up. The only difference is that the hole for the rod to lower the spare tire is on the wrong side of the license plate. That problem is easily solved by drilling a new hole in the plastic
