raising 02 factory steps

i have an 02 that still has the factory steps on it i was wondering if anyone has raised them so they do not hang down so low. if so what did you use and how thanks

I don't know if you can... but I guess anything is possible.

Have you thought about any aftermarket steps. The amp research steps are spendy (1200) but they fold up flush under the truck... don't even know they are there...

I have westin's they're pretty nice.
Factory stuff is fugly IMO.

the N-Fab steps are really nice.. i like how they sit tight against the truck... if you need a price on them let me know and ill shoot it over to you...
