ABS grille inserts??

Hey I've been browsing thru ebay looking for grille for my 03. I love the look of the stock grille in chrome. This one looks pretty sharp

1999 - 2004 Ford F250 F350 Super Duty Chrome Grille 03 :eBay Motors (item 380151004692 end time Dec-18-09 07:16:15 PST)

Anyone know what exactly this thing is? Says it fits over the factory grille?? Any experience? Good or crap??

You can get a whole new chrome grill (not a cover) from Rock Auto for 50$..
