285 tires rubbing-how do I fix it?

So I just got some new tires and rims mounted. I got some 285/75/16 "Warden" tires from Retread Tires - Buy Retread Tires and Kedge Grip Tires online at TreadWright.com > Home. They are retreads and only $100/tire! BFG 10 ply casings, and the tread looks just like the BFG AT/K0. They are mounted on some Ultra 164 wheels, and they are rubbing a bit. How do you trim the fender well back? I don't want to completely hack up the liner, but don't want the rubbing if I can fix it.

You put retreads on your steer axle? Thats usually a big no no in the trucking world, even though theyre cheap I still dont think I'd put retreads on a pickup truck. Is there a speed limit on them? I've never even heard of light truck retreads until now.

I took a gamble and put retreads all around. The company has been around for over 20 years, and I couldn't find a single negative thing anybody had to say about them. Plus, $115 for a 285 BFG AT sounded pretty good!
