will it fit?

ok so Im starting to be cheap.....a little.......here's my question. I have to get a new rear bumper( sold mine ) and have an 08 *with a couple dents and no plastic pad *. what Im thinking about doing since I really don't use my bumper to get into my bed anyway* I usually use my rim since it's lower to step on* Im looking into a rollpan. my question is, I know the tailgates are the same on the 97-03 f150's. however is it the same rear rollpan for a superduty as it is the f150? if so it will save me over 100 dollars. otherwise what's the difference? please let me know quickly as I have no real rear bumper on my truck and I need to order one like NOW.

I had a newer bodystyle f150 bumper sitting in my yard from my brother truck, I just measured it and Its like 4-5 inches narrower than the psd bumper. I dont think it would fit correctly without cutting and stretching and your wife probably doesnt wanna do that lol sorry bro. This is turning out to be alot bigger hassle than I imagined lol, I want a pan for my truck too but I keep catching all the edges just like you.
