hey guys so I just made arrangements with a local guy in michigan to pick up my new 08 tailgate.....in red......with the step.....for 300 bucks!!!my wife goes to get it on the 30th!!! I would pick it up this week but we way overspent on her trip to Michigan, the truck is for some reason getting like 10-11 mpg....don't know whhy so her trip to Michigan cost us 350 dollars in fuel!!!!kinda sucks, but I got my 08 vents shipped both of them in the f350 lariat for 40 dollars!!! so Im pretty stoked, just have to get this new hood painted in 2 weeks and Im set!

yep, she's definitely going to pick it up WITHOUT a tailgate on my truck so she can put it RIGHT ON.

they were never REALLY looking down, I just happened to come across this tailgate at the perfect time, I was going to have my wife spend 481.50 out the door on a red tailgate without the step and it had a dent and a scratch in it.....this one with the step is perfect for 300 dollars.

Im so happy right now, if I wasn't so tired Id be energetic about it lol......just gotta get my truck in for the zf6 swap soon now. and get my new hood painted in 2 weeks.

well i ment that at having to replace your badges cause of some punk, to finding a hell o a deal on that tailgate(by the way im so jealous about the tailgate). my wife actually gave me orders get one like your getting so she can climb into the bed.

I bought the badges off ebay. the guy listed only the nameplates which I won for 10 bucks shipped, so I asked if he had the vents too and he said 25 plus shipping for everything.
