01' Heated Tow Mirrors - Questions...
My 01' X has the telescoping tow mirrors on it. Is the little "heat" indicator on these supposed to light up when the defrost is on? Fairly sure they don't.
Outside of removing the damn things and checking continuity are there any other checks that can be done?

I am not sure on the excursions, but the newer 03+ trucks the defrost is on all the time on the heated tow mirrors.
