Running Board marker lights

Has anyone put the orange marker lights on your running boards? I think it looks pretty cool and im thinking about doing it. I was wondering how ya run your wires. I would like to wire them in with the headlights if possible. Anyone got pics of yours lit up?

Thanks

Kirk

I ran a hot and a ground down each side of the truck and tapped each light into those. I tapped the hot into the parking light wire under the dash. I wired mine on a switch where when the switch is on, they come on with the parking lights but I can turn them off if I want to

I'd tap the hot into the trailer light harness so as not to add any more strain on the parking light harness. Its also easier, so you dont have to deal with getting to the headlights up front, or bringing the wire thru the firewall. Just my opinion

Eric - Where did you get your marker lights from?
