yeah me too, I just priced em through powerstrokeshop and they are 186 for the actual trim package I own....that's without my 50 dollar inserts...so Im at 230 right there....so the wife is checking ford tomorrow morning and if it's around the same price she's just going to order them tomorrow and have them saturday morning, it's just a point of the matter.

ok so now Im a little more pissed, I couldn't get onto billetbadges at work and they are making the 08s but not with anything that says ford. and I already ordered my new billet inserts( 50 bucks ) and the ones from ford are right around 200, and the ones from powerstrokeshop.com are 187 and the ones from fordemblems.com are well over 200 these prices ARE ALL WITHOUT BUYING THE BILLET INSERTS!!!! the ones from billet badges are only 250 dollars......oh well guess Ill order them and sell mine and buy some custom ones later on down the road....damn I hate people a little more now!!!!

sorry for 3 or 4 posts in a row but here are pics of the damage, the first pic is the passenger side, notice all the ripped sheetmetal clips.......little jerks...I WISH I could find these people...why am I over here again???fighting for who???

here's the drivers side, notice the broken clip at the top.....making his newly acquired fender vents practically useless now because the name plates were ONLY held in by 2 clips and that happened to be a nameplate clip....stupid f&**

yep, the passenger side is the worst side....that's also the side I did first so it wasn't amazing.......the drivers side was the second side and I had learned what I did wrong......luckily all the nastiness was covered by the badge.

Damn that sucks man, I'm really sorry to hear about that. I don't know much about bodywork but can that not be repaired and maybe smoothed out with no badges? I know you like the fender vents but if it could be filled in that might be a cheaper route.

filling them is pretty much not an option...for 2 reasons lol.....1 the hole is MASSIVE....and 2....I just REALLY love the look they give the truck, it sets it out over the others by so much....which is probably why they stole them...

Mark,

thank you so much for doing that....that's really kind, however is there anyway you can call ford? where you located at? again thank you so much, you guys are all great and I love the support and the learning factor Ive gotten so much from you guys, Ive learned alot here and gained alot of new friends.

Chad

ps the truck is an f350 lariat.
