Change of front end??? 03-05???

I was wondering what all has to be changed to go from the 2003 style grill and headlights to the 2005 style grill and headlights? any help or pics would be great. and whered you guys get your parts that have already done this?

in order to swap front ends you'll pretty much need

the grille
header panel( for easy easy installation)
front bumper
headlights
wiring harness from either puredieselpower.com or I bought mine off ebay for 24 dollars shipped....
if you want foglights youll need those for 05 and up as well...
