Reverse camera questions

Just got me a good deal on a tv for the truck and I'm looking for a rear view camera.I have searched the forums but haven't found what I'm looking for.I want to run a mini camera in the tailgate handle(in place of the lock cylinder) but I'm wondering if I do that, will I be able to see low enough to catch the trailer hitch? Those mini cams are in a fixed postion I beleive unlike the license plate ones that you can position.I really like the idea of the tailgate handle but If I have to go the plate route,I guess I will. Are there any right ups on doing this mod on a 99-06?I saw one on the 08 but I'm not gonna put that much effort/money into it!!! You guys have any recomendations on a good night vision camera?

they sell the ones off of the new f150s and they are in a big ford emblem(like the ones on the 08 tailgates) The camera is in the emblem, and they have them on ebay. There is a guy either on here or on powerstrokenation that did it and it looks sweet. idk if thats what your exactly wanting but thats just an option.
