I say you look around for a donor truck, then do all the work yourself. I bet you'll save a ton of money that way. Check around junkyards and stuff.

That's some good advice. I guess I didn't think about it seriously because I assumed that I wouldn't find an 08 F350 in a junk yard. I'll check.

Oh theres plenty of 08's in junkyards, just going to see majority with front end damage, you may get luckys and find a t-bone or rollover truck though.

Alright guys, you're right about 08 F350's being in junk yards. The bad part is, they're expensive. I found two places that would sell the entire front end. One place wanted $4750 and the other place wanted $4500. I'm pretty sure I can get the parts for a lot less if I buy them individually. Thoughts? Or perhaps somone knows where I can get the entire front end for around $2k or less??

there is a writeup somewhere... dont know if it was here or on PSN, it was a major job and alot of stuff had to be relocated, bumper mounts needed to be moved down (new ones had to be fabbed) ill see if i can find it...

not sure if they still have it but chrome shop mafia had a 350 front clip for sale 3500 it was maroon

I just called Chrome Shop Mafia. I talked to Travis and he said he wasn't aware of it but he's going to find out for sure and call me back. He said they normally work on Ford F550's and up.
