I'll be doing this next weekend and will post pictures. There are plenty of pics online, it's a very popular thing Raptor owners do to their rear bumpers as I have found from searching the 'net.
I used a drill and a cut off wheel. Marked the light, drilled each corner with the drill bit, then cut the lines with a thin cut off wheel. A little file to clean the edges then black bedliner spray paint from the inside of the bumper to cover the fresh cut edges.
I've noticed the newer bumpers have more flat surface to work with. I've measured and looked multiple times and just struggle with the actual cutting. LOL
I have a painted factory bumper.. only 2,000 miles on the KR.. but i like the flush mount look over the light hanging under the bumper
