09 Tailgate and Bumper

I just got my hands on a Tailgate an Bumper off of craigslist. The kicker is I only paid $300 for both .... Now I just need to paint the Tailgate cuz the Bumper is already grey with back up sensor wholes. The reason I'm posting this is cuz I need the Tailgate plastic to be black and its brown. Does anyone know where I could get one cheap. Oh yeah I almost forgot I also need the part number to the part I'm going to need for the Tailgate. Thanks
