03 to 05 conversion?

can anyone tell me everything i need for a front end 03 to 05 conversion,where to get new painted parts,and an estimated cost? Thanks alot.

the parts you will need for the conversion are:
05-07 headlights( Harley or Lariat, your choice )
05-07 header panel
05-07 grille( again, your choice )
05-07 top bumper pad( pretty much only from ford or junkyard )
05-07 lower bumper( chrome or painted )
05-07 left bumper mounting bracket
05-07 right bumper mounting bracket
05-07 foglights if you choose to run them

......that's everything, most everything BUT the top bumper pad can be had from a company called certifit, the parts fit amazing....my truck had a certifit grille, headlights, header panel( everything in this picture, minus the bumper ) is all from certifit....they fit excellently!!! good luck pal

how would you get in touch with certif? I got an 02 CC/LB SD and want to convert it to an 05 front end

ummm i just called certifit today and they said that they have the upper valance of the 2005 front bumper (the paintable part) in stock.......so i dont know if they changed that or if they are talking about something else

I called Certifit Miami last week and they said they don't carry that part. It is listed in their catalog but says "call for price". When I did, a dude named Adam said they don't carry it.
