Mirror Movement

Hello there I was just wondering if there was a way to maybe reset or somehow correct my power mirrors... When i try an bring them up they go out an down, but if i go down they go straight down, an then i have to manualy adjust them back up... Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks...

I still am not sure... I haven't tried "oiling her up" yet and I don't know what switch they're talking about.
