2009 rear bumper

i know this is a stupid question but does a 2009 rear bumper directly fit on a 2000 im in need of a new bumper and found a good deal on a 09 one

The driver's side hinge is different but the new hinge is like $8 from Ford. Other than that, it will go right on

Looks great. Did you use the mounting hardware from your truck or what was with the new bumper? The 08' bumper I am going to pick up this week has the hardware available for an extra $10. Just didn't know if one would work and not the other.

Just saw where you were from! I am in Jeffersonville. BTW, I found the bumper in PeeWee Valley. Guy has a couple take offs that are paintable. Think I am going to trade in my 01' Chrome and go this route.

where you guys located? does he have any chrome 08s? think you guys can score me a decent deal on a chrome 08, the wife is headed up through there thanksgiving weekend and I need a new rear bumper since mine has a ding......it's not large enough to be called a dent but I know it's there...it's annoying to be anal retentive about a truck.....
