URGENT NEED HELP WITH WIRES

Need help im installing some lights on the truck one wire it says to connect to a switched power wire(parking light, etc). What wire am i looking for???? its a 1999 f-350

get a test light out....hit the wires on the backside of the switch, with just the park lights on

I was expecting to have to splice but wire has terminal to bolt on somewere???

How do i get the panel off were you control your lights i dont want to snap it off and break it????

I dont know how to remove rthe panel...never done it b4. Good Luck

Everything except this wire is now hooked up and of course i couldnt be lucky enough for them to just work so anybody out there know how to take the panel out so i can get to wires and also WHAT WIRE i need to splice or hook into????????????? IM really lost right now

The brown (no stripe) is the switched park light output.

Thanks now another question how do i get the switch out so i can get to it???
