headlight or full header conversion with a UTE Bullbar

I dont know if anyone knows anything about these things (never seen another one on the road). BullBarTM Inventory Closeout , I have one of those on my 02 F350. What I am looking to accomplish is either a header, headlight, grill conversion or if that is not possible just the headlight conversion. my question is does anyone know if i can do the header conversion with the grill and keep this ridiclous bull bar too (I kinda like it)? or do I have to just settle for the headlight conversion?
