some pictures of my truck( I finally figured it out! )

well guys here are some pics of my truck.

it's a 2000 ford f350 cc shortbed with an 8" lift ( which will be getting replaced next week with a 10" lift )
24" rockstars
37" toyo open country mt
2005 front end
2008 fender vents
2006 tube steps

the wonderful debate going on is...do I put stacks or just a 4" exhaust with a 6" tip? im leaning more toward the 6" tip....


my plans for my deployment are:

amp research steps
replace interior( newer tan leather )
replace dash board with 05 dash
ram air style cowl hood
08 tailgate( already bought just need to pick up )
08 taillights
new shocks all around( these are disgusting )
paint the whole truck midnite metallic black with blue pearl

tell me what you think and if you like it or not....I've worked very hard on it.

Looks good. I really like the 08 vents. I think you should add some window tint and painted door handles to the list.

well as soon as the wife feels better ( HUGE FAMILY ISSUES ) she is taking the truck to get tinted, we're dealing with bigger issues than the truck though. where do i get the smooth door handles at? are they fairly cheap? I really like the smooth look but dont know where to get them.....

also I was wondering, what amount of tint are you running on your truck? I want mine ABOUT that dark.

it takes a little bit to figure out the whole posting pictures and stuff. truck looks good..

get excursion handles, they are smooth already and easy to paint. the stock ones have that rough texture on them and make it a pain to paint without alot of sanding.

just go with whatever your local tinting shop has for the darkest. i have 20% im and totally good with that. my other truck had 5% and it was hard to see out at especially in the rain

^Yeah I got my excursion handles through the ford dealer.

And my window tint is 20% all the way around, which isnt too bad to see out of at night. Hid's help too though.

awesome, once the wife gets back on her feet again, Im sending her to ford..how much did your door handles run through ford? were they really expensive?

It's been awhile. I cant really remember the price. I want to say $40-50. And I want to say the fronts cost more than the rears but if I could do it again, I would use all rear handles. That way I have no key holes.

well I have to get an alarm system, but until than I still use the key so I HAVE to have at least one front door on mine.
