ZF6 noise when in high gear

I finished installing my transmission after getting it a new output shaft put in and after I filled it with fluid I started it to test it out and every other gear works fine with no noise, but when I put it in drive it makes a whirring sound. It doesn't sound really bad, but it is loud and worries me because none of the other gears made any noise.
I don't have the transfer case installed yet so I don't know if that could cause any thing. I figured if the noise was ok it would be making it in other gears.

How did you fill it with fluid? The ZF6 has a sealed clutch master cylinder that needs to be replaced, it's a one piece design. You can't add new fluid.
