Please help!

99 f350 4x4
just put new flexplate/torque converter in the truck went to crank it and drove around the block did fine,
went inside to grab somthing to eat and came back out to move the truck cranked it up and put it in gear and nothing the truck would not move in any gear or any range of the transfer case...acts like its just slipping

i though maybe fluid but its full then i went to do a flush and when i unhooked the cooler lines nothing comes out even with the engine on....
does that mean the pump went bad?

2004, 2wd, EGR delete, headstuds, main studs, bluespring, cold air intake, sct tuned
