4r100 problem anyone ever have anything simaler

Hey everyone new to the forum, I have a 2000 f350 with the 7.3 powerstroke couple days ago I was pulling my car trailer out of the snow here in MN and was having to rock the truck back and forth a little to get out of my yard got about half way out and lost reverse! Got the truck out today and truck will do the fallowing, move forward in park until park pin catches, do nothing in reverse, drive in neutral, and drive like normal in OD, OD off,2nd, and 1st gear selects. I took it down the highway in drive and trucks shifts as normal nice smooth firm shifts has this ever happened to anyone or is my trans toast any ideas?

P.s. Tranny temp was at about 150 but it was -15 outside trans has a aftermarket TC, HD Gears and rebuilt clutch packs about 1.5 yrs ago
