I've heard good things about them, but never had one myself. I've also heard of Valeo, but if their DMF for the 7.3 is any indication of their quality, I'd stay away from that one (mine had totally clapped-out springs, but at least they didn't break).

Other good names are South Bend and LuK, the latter of which I'm in the process of installing into my rig. Not pleased with the nonsense I'm putting up with from the seller (ClutchCityOnline.com- took it upon themselves to install the pilot bearing in the WRONG SIDE of the new flywheel for me, but that's another thread), but that's not LuK's fault. Their stuff really looks good, and I'm looking forward to trying it out.

Valair are good clutches. They have been used in big trucks for a long time. South bend clutch are also very good clutches but pricey. Valairs from what I hear are as good as the SB clutches without the price. I'm sure Raul will see this sooner or later and post up for you. He sells them so he can get you a price too.

Im looking at a 400 h.p.Valair for $390 free shipping with upgraded 8 spring HD disc hub. Sound like a good deal?

PM Raul@stealthautomotive and see if he can get you a better price. That does sound nice compared to what I paid for my SB

Well I got it finished up Saturday mornin, but the bad the news is it has to come back out. I think the fork came off the pivot ball at sometime during install. Its making a noise with the clutch engaged foot off the pedal. Kinda sucks, but the clutch works great.
