tranny swap ??

I have a 2002 f 250 4x4 7.3 auto what i would like to do is swap for a 6 speed as anyone done this what parts can be used from my truck and what do i need? thanks i know need tranny, flex plate, clucth, pedals slave cylinder can the transfer case be used or are they different thanks

The auto transfer cases are different than the manual one's. It's a different spline. Drive shaft can be reused though.
