swaping a a E4OD for a C6

is it possible to swap a C6 into a '97 F250 that has a E4OD in it at the moment, and how hard is it? any problems with this ?

Have you found any information on this swap? Im looking into doing one myself. I have a 97 350 though with the 7.3 psd

i cant afford a new e4od. or a rebuild for that matter. and i have a friend with a c6 dirt cheap... soo im kinda considering all options

Im thinking it wouldnt be possible with all the electronic differences with the e40d. And Im sure the t-case wouldnt mount up either...and drivelines...and cross members.

If you were not 4X4, I would say it wouldnt be too hard. If you do it, I have a c6 shift kit for sale
