HEELLLPPP TRANI PROBLEMMM??

hi i have a 1998 ford E350 TURBO diesel -transmission started to shift hard, and when i'm taking off from a stop the speedo would just sit on 0 until it gets up to about 30mph and then it would start to climb up. and also the overdrive OFF light is blinking.
any ideas of what could be causing all this ? next day it was driving normal again but the problem was back in about an hour of driving
HELLPPPP

Flashing OD is usually not good. Take it to a trans shop to pull the codes.

It could be that simple. But the safest bet is to have a trans shop look it over.
