99 7.3 high rev and will not shift into 2nd until letting off acc

I have a early 99 f250 SD 7.3. I have a bully dog triple dog and banks ram air cold air intake. I have deleted my muffler and it has been running great but about 3 day ago as I was driving around town I noticed that it did not want to shift from first to second. I have to rev it up to about 3000rpm or so and then let off the acc to "trick it" into second. All other shifting is great and down shifting if fine also. What could it be?

use motorcraft trans fluid and get some Lucas oil, they make some for freeing up sticky solenoids!
