E40D nothing happening

I just replaced my working stock torque converter with a Banks Billet torque converter and since the tranny was down I installed the Banks TransCommander. Now that the new torque converter is installed and the controller is wired in, my tranny does not do anything, when I put it in R there is no drop in idle, no clunk, nothing, I put it in drive and the samething. All the gears are the samething. I went over everything and could not find anything wrong. I called Banks and they said to take the TransCommander out, so it is out and the trans is still not engaging. They won't come out and say it is a bad torque converter, and aren't giving me any other ideas. I called AAMCO and the guy there said to pull the tranny and check to make sure he torque converter is seated, but I am almost positive that I seated it before putting the tranny up. Does anyone have any answers, suggestions, guesses, anything? Thanks in advance, Seth
