4R100 popped, now nothing

As the title suggests, I pulled out onto the road, started getting up to speed, on a downhill grade, The truck has alwasy slammed really hard from 2nd to 3rd, I usually back out just as it shifts and ease it in, but I was on the phone and wasnt paying attention to it. It slammed so hard into 3rd, the truck bucked and there was a loud pop and it basically was like I was in neutral, press the accelerator and it just revved up but had nothing. It was so loud and rough, my dad, on the phone, heard it and asked what happened. I pulled off the road, got a ride home, came back last night to pull it home. Had dad get in and put it in gear and try to drive it while I looked underneath and nothing was moving. So we put it in neutral and drug her home with my 84 300i6!

Is this a blown tranny or am i just looking at input shaft or TC? How woould I check?

Fluid level is good but its rank! Im mean, you can smell it as you pull the stick out.

My sig is up to date with truck details.

Whoops! My mileage is 301,200. I bought the truck a year and a half ago and the TC went out just before I picked it up so the guy replaced it. The tranny was supposedly rebuilt at 225,000ish... All by the PO and I have no documentation on it
