Tranny Problem

I have a 1996 4X4 7.3 Power Stoke F-250. When I go to back-up in the morning it hesitates before going into reverse. It has 192,000 miles on it. When I checked the fluid it seemed fine. Any Ideas?

sounds very possible its time for an overhaul, if fluid is full, the clutches are probably getting worn, or seals in clutch packs are getting old and hard and causing fluid to seep by , therefore causing delay to shift
