trans port

Hi,this whisky6,the question have is concerning the port on the drivers side of
a automatic trans. in a 1995 psd.
I was told by several sources that there should be fluid coming out of it with the
engine running,mine doe's not,i tried to put a sender in port but it will not go all
the way in so that is telling me there is something blocking port have to see if mirror
will let me see if there is some blockage,this suppose to be a port to check trans.
pressure,maybe someone has a idea why no fluid.
truck has 267,000 miles on it.
what are the changes needed to put a 6.0 trans. cooler in, one post said something about line adapters.

yeah line adapters needed to run 6.0 cooler, there lines are 1/2 i believe.
