Clutch Issues...

03 7.3l 6 speed is very difficult to get into gear, low and reverse are almost impossible and same when down shifting and the friction point is about 1 " off the floor. I am assuming it is the Hydrolic Cylinder or (slave cylinder?) If so how difficult r they to change and do you have to do any bleeding?

Could really use some help in this matter.......
My truck is almost crippled and there is a two week wait to get it in anywhere around here.
